Dr. Marshall was wonderful with our six cats! Excellent bedside manner and really appears to enjoy her job! We have recently changed vets and am very pleased with how our first visits went.

Our vet recently retired and I was in search of a new place, but I needed to find someone who my cat would love and allow to hold her (she is very anxious but has an extensive health history, so she’s learned to hate the vet despite wonderful care from her previous vet). Dr. Marshall walked in and was absolutely incredible and handled my cat so well. She came out of her crate to sniff Dr. Marshall and eventually let her examine her teeth (she never does that) and other areas. The technicians are wonderful and so caring as well. We had absolutely no issues and my cat cuddled on the technician and Dr. Marshall. This was our first appointment here and I’m incredibly relieved that I found this place. I could not be happier to find another veterinarian that cares and dedicates time. Staff are wonderful. Huge thanks.

Dr. Marshall and Timberlake Animal hospital make up the best medical team - human or animal - that I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. My two cats were patients here from 2020-2023 when I moved away. Every time I stepped foot in the door, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. It’s small things- like Dr. Marshall taking a picture of my cat under anesthesia and emailing it because he looked silly with his tongue out or the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. If you’re here, you’re probably not in the best head space and worried about your pet. Other vets I have visited seem to capitalize on this stress to push you into services your pet may not need and that you cannot afford. One of Dr. Marshall’s many strengths is her bedside manner. She calmly explained complex medical issues, gave me upfront quotes for my animals care, and never ever made me feel guilty for considering cost as a factor when making a decision. Even after I moved and found another vet, no one measures up to Dr. Marshall. I have had to request old veterinary records from the office 2-3 times now. No hassle at all, the records were emailed to me by the end of day. I genuinely have nothing but deep respect and appreciation for Dr. Marshall and the staff at Timberlake Animal Hospital. If you want a vet who will treat your pets as if they were her own, Dr. Marshall is the lady for you.

Bethany Marshall and Stephanie Boteler are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They SINCERELY care about your pet. Treat you like a friend , not just a patient. Helped me thru some very difficult times. Will never forget these two special ladies
